123Inkjet’s information usage practices are based on two beliefs: first, that protecting user privacy is essential to the growth and prosperity of the Internet; second, that a personalized web experience can provide significant benefits to Internet end users if done properly. In accordance with these beliefs, 123customersupport creates opportunities for advertisers and consumers in revolutionary ways without compromising individual privacy.

I. INFORMATION WE COLLECT: INDIVIDUAL INTERNET CONSUMERS

A. Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

123customersupport is designed to offer Internet consumers a variety of valuable products. When you place an order with 123customersupport, you will be asked to provide your name, address, zip code, email address and billing information (“PII”). B. Non-Personally Identifiable Information (Non-PII)

When you visit 123customersupport, we send a cookie and / or gif file ("Cookies") to assign an anonymous, unique identifier to your Internet browser. Cookies are small data files commonly used on the Internet to help optimize and personalize the Internet end user experience and to identify repeat visitors to websites. For example, Cookies enable 123customersupport to track your shopping cart and retrieve your information and preferences when you return to our Site.

II. INFORMATION SHARING

123customersupport may use third party vendors (e.g., credit card processors) to help us operate our business and the ValueClick Network sites and to administer activities on our behalf. We may share your information with these third parties and the ValueClick Network for those limited purposes.

While 123customersupport strongly encourages clients and business partners to adopt responsible approaches to online marketing, 123customersupport is not responsible for the information practices of clients or business partners. The collection, use, and disclosure of information by advertisers, clients, third-party marketing affiliates, ValueClick Network companies and business partners are subject to their respective privacy policies, which may differ from 123inkjet’s Privacy Policy.

123customersupport may release account and any other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to respond to a subpoena or otherwise comply with the law; enforce or apply our Terms And Conditions and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of 123customersupport or others. This includes, without limitation, exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection.

III. CONSUMER CHOICE AND ACCESS

If at anytime you no longer wish to receive offers from 123customersupport, you may "unsubscribe" through this Site or by using the unsubscribe option within any promotional offer. In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, you will be removed entirely from our email list and will no longer receive offers from 123customersupport. If you have registered or submitted PII under more than one email account, you must submit separate unsubscribe requests from each account.

The Cookies we use do not have an "opt-out" option, yet you still have the option of blocking the use of cookies by changing a setting in your Internet browser. Please see your browser supplier's website for details on how to do this.

123customersupport uses software and third-party sources to validate the accuracy of PII provided and filter suspicious data. You may change, correct or update your PII by email at customersupport@123inkjets.com or phone by contacting Customer Support at (888) 465-7765. These changes to your PII will not change PII previously collected as part of a particular transaction prior to the implementation of the change.

IV. SECURITY

123customersupport employs reasonable security measures to ensure the security of all PII. 123customersupport also encrypts your password and certain billing data (“Sensitive Information”). 123customersupport has an internal security policy with respect to the confidentiality of PII, allowing access only to those employees or third parties who have a need to know such information, for example for delivery of third party marketing material or business purposes. 123customersupport routinely evaluates its data security practices to identify security threats or opportunities for improvement.

No transmission of data over the Internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. It may be possible for third parties not under the control of 123customersupport to intercept or access transmissions or private communications unlawfully. While we strive to protect PII, 123customersupport cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. You acknowledge and assume this risk when communicating with 123customersupport.

V. CONSENT AND CHANGES

123customersupport.com may find it necessary or be legally obligated to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post those changes on this page and update the effective date so that you are always aware of the information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.

VI. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY AND SPAM

123customersupport is very sensitive to the issue of children's privacy and makes every effort to protect the privacy of children using the Internet. 123inkjet’s Site is not developed for or directed at children. Our policy is not to permit anyone under the age of 13 to do business with us. If you believe your child has provided 123customersupport with any PII data by registering at 123customersupport.com, please email us at abuse@123inkjets.com.

123customersupport is committed to proper Internet practices and compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (15 U.S.C. § 7701). 123customersupport does not tolerate spamming or the transmission of spam e-mail.

123customersupport requires that its third-party marketing affiliates comply with the CAN SPAM Act. If you feel that you have received e-mail in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act, please e-mail us with the requisite details at abuse@123Inkjets.com. We want to assure you that your complaint will be taken very seriously and will be investigated by us.

Please note that under the CAN-SPAM Act, an advertiser such as 123customersupport is required to provide an opt-out mechanism for consumers to unsubscribe from future emails about the advertiser. Although not required to by law, many email marketers provide an additional opt-out mechanism enabling consumers to be removed from their mailing lists, as well. This has caused some confusion for consumers in opting out. The table below clarifies which opt-out mechanism you should use.

VII. DATA PROCESSING

ValueClick, Inc. is a member of the Digital Policy Forum ("DPF"). The DPF is made up of online marketing, analytics, advertising, publishing, and email companies that are committed to examining and developing responses to important privacy and consumer protection issues in emerging media.

IX. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, THIRD PARTY INFORMATION & LANGUAGE

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE OVER PRIVACY IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS (INCLUDING LIMITATIONS ON DAMAGES, AND ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES). YOU AGREE THAT 123CUSTOMERSUPPORT.COM’S LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE VALUE OF THE TRANSACTIONS OR SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU BY 123CUSTOMERSUPPORT.COM’S TO THE EXTENT SUCH CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE BARRED BY OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

You also agree that you have provided notice to, and obtained consent from, any third-party individuals whose personal data you supply to 123customersupport with regard to: (a) the purposes for which such third party's data has been collected; (b) the intended recipients or categories of recipients of the third party's personal data; (c) which of the third party's data are obligatory and which data, if any, are voluntary; and (d) how the third party can access and, if necessary, rectify the data held about them.
